Offer Agreement
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This Offer Agreement sets out the terms on which Evicted offers digital products and related services. Product information displayed on the website forms part of this Offer. By submitting and paying for an order, the customer accepts the version published at that time.
1. Seller and customer
The seller is the Evicted service identified on this website. The customer is a person who selects a product, submits an order and provides the information required for delivery and support.
2. Subject of the Offer
The seller grants access to a digital product or a time-limited software license described on the selected product page. The license period, functions, compatibility, price, currency and available payment methods are shown before payment.
3. Order process
The customer selects a product and tariff, chooses an available payment method and completes payment. Before paying, the customer must verify the selected product, language, license period, price and system requirements. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
4. Price and payment
The payable price is displayed at checkout. Currency conversion, banking charges and payment provider fees may be applied by third parties. The seller does not receive or store full bank card details when payment is processed by an external provider.
5. Digital delivery
Delivery is performed electronically through the method shown during checkout or communicated by support. The customer must provide correct contact details and protect delivered license data. Delivery is considered completed when access data, a license key, a download link or equivalent digital access is made available to the customer.
6. Activation and support
The customer must follow the installation and activation instructions and contact support within a reasonable time if delivery or activation fails. Support may request an order identifier, payment confirmation and technical details needed to investigate the issue.
7. Refunds and replacement
Because products are digital, refund rights may be limited after delivery, activation or access to digital content has begun, subject to mandatory consumer law. A refund or replacement may be considered when the seller cannot deliver the purchased license, a verified technical defect makes the product unusable on a supported system, or mandatory law requires it.
A refund is generally not available for an incorrect product or tariff selected by the customer, unsupported hardware or software, failure to follow instructions, change of mind after digital delivery, suspension of a third-party account, product misuse, license sharing or a breach of this Agreement. Each request is reviewed using payment, delivery and technical records.
8. Product status and third-party changes
Games, operating systems, platform services and security systems may be updated without notice. Temporary maintenance or compatibility work does not automatically cancel an active license unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Current information should be checked on the product page and through support.
9. Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate order information, use the product only under the granted license, keep access data private and comply with applicable law. Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, resale and unauthorized distribution are prohibited.
10. Liability
Nothing in this Offer limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. The seller is not responsible for third-party platform actions, indirect losses or problems caused by unsupported systems, customer modifications or failure to follow instructions.
11. Complaints
A complaint should include the order identifier, purchase date, product name, description of the issue and relevant evidence. Requests can be submitted through the methods listed on the Contacts page.
12. Final terms
The User Agreement and product page also apply to the order. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory law takes priority where it cannot be changed by agreement.
