This User Agreement governs access to and use of the Evicted website, its account features, content, support channels and digital products. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the website.
1. About the service
Evicted provides information, access to digital software licenses and related support. Products are supplied digitally. Evicted is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by game publishers, platform owners or anti-cheat providers unless this is expressly stated.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have the legal capacity required in your country to enter into this Agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must obtain it before using the website or placing an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for keeping access credentials secure.
3. Product information
Compatibility, supported systems, available functions, license periods and current status are shown on the relevant product page. You must review these requirements before purchasing. Software, games and third-party services may change, so continued compatibility or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Permitted use
A purchased license is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable unless the product page states otherwise. You may not resell, share, copy, reverse engineer, distribute, modify or use a product to attack systems, interfere with the website, commit fraud or violate applicable law.
5. Third-party rules and risks
You are responsible for reviewing and following the rules of games, platforms and other third-party services. Use of auxiliary software may lead to restrictions, suspension or loss of a third-party account. To the extent permitted by law, Evicted is not liable for indirect losses, loss of a third-party account, lost profits or loss of data resulting from the user's decisions or breach of third-party rules.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where there is evidence of fraud, payment abuse, license sharing, attacks, unlawful conduct or a material breach of this Agreement. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution continue after termination where applicable.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may revise this Agreement when the service, products or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised version where permitted by law.
